Introduction
 

The  Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (BTS ELTK) has been designed to provide technical training in the areas of electrical and electrotechnical  engineering. It provides specialised studies for those currently working in an electrotechnical environment or one in which they intend to seek employment.

The programme also provides the flexibility, knowledge, skills and motivation as a basis for progression to further study ( vocational licences)

The BTEC Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering has also been developed with career progression and recognition by professional bodies in mind.

This programme has been designed to improve the career prospects of candidates who wish to work in the field of electro -technical engineering technicians.

How do you apply?

Students are recruited from application files :

All those who have a baccalaureate or equivalent diploma can apply. On the view of their diplomas and after having examined their school records.

How long is the course ?

2 Years Full-Time with 2 work placements ( a two-week placement at the end of the first year in June + a four ?week placement in the middle of the second year in January.

How will you be assessed ?

National exam +assessment during vocational training ( French, English and Professional Activities)

What qualification will you achieve ?

Higher National Diploma - HND in Electrical Engineering
